The practice of studying the opinions of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) is of significant interest to specialists in the field of international law, comparative law, and constitutional law of foreign countries. On March 10—11, 2023, the 134th plenary session of the Venice Commission was held; on June 9—10, 2023, the 135th plenary session of the Venice Commission was held. During these plenary sessions, opinions on the legislation of various states were considered and adopted, including France, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, the Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Experts from the Venice Commission made proposals and recommendations regarding the legislation of foreign countries.
