Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation and development of the National Prosecutor’s Office in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author focuses on the problems that served as the basis for working on errors in the prosecutor’s office system. Based on the analysis of archival materials from the national Fund, questions concerning the formation of independent departments of the prosecutor’s office are raised.

The purpose of the article is to study the formation and development of the Institute of the prosecutor’s office in Uzbekistan, as well as in Tajikistan, which became part of the Uzbek SSR as an autonomous republic after the national demarcation in 1924. The task of the study is to restore the facts and events of the formation of the organizational and legal structure of the prosecutor’s office, which laid the foundation of the modern prosecutor’s office.

By means of the synergetic method, the regularities and principles of the process of formation and improvement of the internal structure of the prosecutor’s office were studied; empirical and theoretical methods made it possible to explain and predict the data based on the facts studied.

Analysis of archival materials and periodicals allowed the author to come to the conclusion that most of the studied problems remain relevant today, but in a modernized form.
