Abstract

On March 15—16, 2024, the 138th plenary session of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) took place. During this plenary session, opinions were considered and adopted on the legislation of various states, including Spain, Lebanon, Bulgaria, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Experts from the Venice Commission made proposals and recommendations regarding the legislation of foreign countries.
