Abstract

This article meticulously dissects the legal development unfolding in a multipolar world, examining the shift from unipolar legal control to diverse systems and spotlighting the state’s anti-corruption efforts. It critically reviews the progress of the BRICS in this new global dynamic, highlighting the formidable challenges they’ve faced and the strategies they’ve proposed to assess the effectiveness of their actions. The study reveals that the transition from a unipolar to a multipolar order is a double-edged sword. It zeroes in on three pivotal areas: anti-corruption efforts, the uniformity of law enforcement, and legal correspondence between nations. These areas serve as a compass to navigate the global fight against corruption. To effectively implement anti-corruption strategies in a multipolar world, a united and collaborative effort is indispensable, given the diverse legal systems, political landscapes, and the intricacies of globalization. Moreover, by prioritizing the systematic and collaborative utilization of technology, transparency, and accountability, both BRICS and other blocs can contribute to fostering a participatory and just society that is more resilient to corruption.
