Abstract

On December 15—16, 2023, the 137th plenary session of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) took place. During this plenary session, opinions on the legislation of various states, including Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine were considered and adopted. Experts from the Venice Commission made proposals and recommendations regarding the legislation of foreign countries.
