Abstract

On October 6—7, 2023, the 136th plenary session of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) took place. During these plenary sessions, opinions on the legislation of various states were considered and adopted, including the Netherlands, Armenia, Bulgaria, Poland, Chile, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Montenegro, and the Kyrgyz Republic. Experts from the Venice Commission made proposals and recommendations regarding the legislation of foreign countries.
