The work highlights the problem of imperfection of anti-corruption legislation, offers a new look at existing forms of prevention of corruption, legal education of young people and the formation of intolerance to corruption in society in the context of the powers of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation to prevent corruption and other offenses. The interest in this topic is due to the emergence of law enforcement issues in practice and the need to strengthen the interaction of public authorities in the field of combating corruption. The purpose of the study is to consider the most promising forms of corruption prevention and analyze the quality of legal regulation in the field of anti-corruption. Research methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization. Based on the results of the work, proposals were formulated to improve the anti-corruption legislation of the Russian Federation, and effective forms of corruption prevention were proposed.
